- Completed Rental Application
- Valid photo identification (driver’s license, passport, or other government-issued photo IDs)
- Social security number
- Proof of income – 1 month worth of pay stub or tax return for self-employed applicants.
- $50 application fee per applicant covers credit report, criminal background check, and eviction history check. Application fee is non-refundable
Landlords usually look for a credit score of 600 or higher with no prior eviction record and criminal background history. Applications are typically processed and reviewed within 2-3 days.
